Unused and unopened beauty and girls’ products
In their original condition
With all original tags and packaging

Time Frame:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the specified return period.
  • Provide your order number and details about the product you want to return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item.

 You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.


  •  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


If you need to exchange an item for a different one, contact our customer service team.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
